PAPER ITEMS

In this section of the Promotion Guide CD you will see those "on paper" items your Record Label must create for mailing with their new release, along with samples (in either Acrobat or Microsoft Word formats).

These "on paper" items will include the following:

Pre-Manufacturing -

• 12 inch vinyl label copy (what must be on this label copy?)

• CD single artwork

• CD album artwork

To be used with promo mail-outs -

• Industry standard Retail One Sheet

• Feed Back Sheet

• Radio Station ID Tag request

• Press Release

For Tracking & Reports -

• Tracking form

• Weekly Reports
